I grew up in a small town, where staying active was a big part of my life. But despite the physical activity, I always struggled with being skinny. For years, I battled body dysmorphia, constantly feeling insecure and anxious about my appearance, and hesitant to take my shirt off around other people. Depression, anxiety, and a deep sense of inadequacy followed me through college into adulthood, leading me down a path of vices like smoking, drinking, and recreational drug use. I was caught in a cycle of late nights and self-doubt, feeling like a mess with no clear direction or purpose.
The gym was a place I avoided for years, not because I didn't want to change, but because I was scared. Scared of the hard work, scared of the uphill battle I knew I was facing, scared of failing, scared of being a beginner, and scared that I wouldn't see the results I desperately wanted. I was looking for a quick fix, something that would instantly transform my body and my mind.
But life doesn't work that way. I realized that if I wanted to feel authentic to myself and confident in my own skin, I had to commit to the process. It wasn't easy. It took time, discipline, and a willingness to confront my fears head-on. Through trial and error, I began to transform not just my body, but my entire mindset. I learned the value of consistency, the power of small wins, small gratitudes and the importance of clean eating and self-compassion along the way.

Today, I’m sober, drug-free, disciplined, and dedicated to helping others who may be feeling the same way I once did—lost, insecure, and unsure of where to start. I know the struggle because I've lived it. And I’m here to show you that real change is possible with the right guidance, support, and mindset. My goal is to help you find your strength, both physically and mentally, and to guide you on your journey toward becoming the best version of yourself.
